Two ways to pay
Start with 25% down. Pay the rest monthly or on approval.
Every Build, website-only and Launch project offers two ways to pay.
Pay in full
50% to start. 50% when you approve the finished work, before launch.
Payment plan
25% down payment to start. Then the balance in 6 or 12 equal monthly payments with no interest, on required autopay. The first monthly payment is due 30 days after the down payment.

Your quote sets the actual amounts. Payment plans are offered to organizations and for business purposes.
What Run includes for $2,000 a month
- Site care: hosting, security, backups, uptime monitoring, and up to 2 hours of changes a month
- Marketing: 12 posts a month across 2 platforms, replies to comments and messages, and 1 email campaign a month
- Pipeline and admin: up to 12 hours a month covering lead, sponsor and partner follow-up within 1 business day, bookings, forms and inbox
- A 30-minute monthly strategy call with a one-page report
Work beyond these limits is quoted separately. Run starts with a 3-month commitment, then continues month to month with 30 days notice.
The fine print, in plain words
- You own everything I build once it is paid in full
- The code, accounts and domain move into your name once the project is paid in full. On a payment plan, your site stays live the whole time, as long as payments are current.
- Down payment
- The 25% down payment is non-refundable once work begins.
- Late payments
- Work pauses if a payment is 10 days late, and a $25 late fee applies once per monthly payment that is more than 10 days late. Hosting and services may be suspended if a payment is 30 days late. Balances more than 60 days past due may go to collections.
- Third-party costs
- Printing, vehicle wraps, ad spend and other third-party costs are paid up front, at cost. They are never part of a payment plan.
- Run commitment
- Run starts with a 3-month initial commitment, then continues month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice.
